New Buffalo Middle School Bulletin for Thursday, May 09, 2024
Homework Club: A quiet location for academic support with a New Buffalo MS teacher and a free snack is available after school on TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS ONLY from 3:30 - 4:45 pm. Additionally, New Buffalo provides transportation home free of charge for students who live in district. If your child would like to be a part of this program, they must go to the Homework Club location after school and sign-in.
Make Cancer Extinct 5K: The Annual 5K for New Buffalo Area Schools will be held on Monday, May 13th at 1:50pm. Please join us at the football field and help raise money for Berrien County Cancer Service, Inc. Participants can run a full 5K course while also enjoying fun activities like face painting, a dunk tank, ice cream, music by Jammin' with Jerry and more!

Tuesday, May 14 - ELA 6/7 and Social Studies 8
Wednesday, May 15 - ELA 6/7 and Science 8
Bison Spirit Wear Clothing Swap: Have your or your children outgrown any BISON wear that you don't know where to donate? Please consider bringing in any gently worn, non personalized BISON items to our drive boxes located at the Elementary and Middle/High school. The Elementary PTO will have the items laundered and available at no cost to families at the Elementary Back to School Night. REUSE. UPCYCLE. DONATE. REGIFT. SWAP. RECYCLE.
Coins for Cancer: As we prepare for the annual Bison 5K, students are participating in Coins for Cancer. Students drop their donations in the jar for their grade and see which class can collect the most money to help "Make Cancer Extinct". All proceeds will benefit the Berrien County Cancer Service.
